It's hard to find anything here to recommend. It's subtitled but it has a soundtrack that has some of the crappiest music I've ever heard (and I remember the Archies), so if you turn the sound off you don't know when someone is saying something, and the lighting is almost non-existent so you can't see who is speaking anyway. There might have been a plot hiding in the shadows and noise, but there's too much aggravation involved in figuring it out.
This is exactly what to expect from the director of "St-Maud". A history of love and violence with a lot of "noir" and "fantasy". Excellent acting and great score by Clint Mansell.
