These movies were made by the dozen at the time. Some were better than others, while some of those others were atrocious. This one is, of course, silly but quite fun. The Mummy is played by Tom Tyler who starred in the 12-part 1941 version of "Adventures of Captain Marvel" which is the best of all the Captain Marvel films to date and introduced the magic word "Shazam"! Tyler died quite young at 51 of a heart attack.
Fantastic...wow! I enjoyed part one but this is a different beast, the cinematic visuals blew me away, the tight arc and hans zimmermans best score since Interstellar, all combine into a must see beautiful best movie in years. Cant rate it highly enough.
I loved Dune Part One, but found Part Two really disappointing. I thought Part One had great pacing and introduced us to the world and conflicts really well. Part Two felt rushed - like they initially made a 4 hour movie that they then had to cut down to 2.75 - with little explanation for what was going on, character arcs that were more like right-angle turns, and jump cuts that were confusing as to what was happening and how much time had elapsed. For example, early on Paul is sent by Stilgar to cross the desert by himself. (Why does he have to cross the desert alone? Who knows, the movie doesn't say.) We see Paul walking off into the desert, with Chani watching him from a great distance. That cuts to Chani with Paul, teaching him to sand-walk. That cuts to Chani showing Paul water harvesting systems. What ever happened to Paul crossing the desert by himself? Story and character development seem to take a backseat to fight scenes and special effects. In-world logic is remem
How sad! How sad someones life must be to have nothing better in life other than to spew such comments. How sad your life must be when you comment merely to try and invoke reaction. I truly feel sorry for you nastyJ. You really have a screw loose. Not because you don't like an actor or movie. Simply for the vulgar taste in everyone's mouth your trolling presence and comments breed. You're obviously mentally very young, immature, insecure and universally pathetic. How sad! The movie was poorly written. Everything from the dialogue to the acting. The production was terrible. Hopefully this doesn't prove the end of the quality movies he has done in the past. This movie was terrible, disjointed and a wast of time.
A film based on a true story! Without the photos at the end, it was hard to believe it. Great filming, acting and storyline. The dog bit just brings it all together. Wonderful happy family film. Truly entertaining. I'm so glad I watched it.
This was really bad... i turned it off 30 mins in... cheesy and bad character development... seems to copy many older movies that pulled it of way better... 7/10 who is rating these movies haha... i give it a 2
