And guys, please don't take LadyJ seriously, she is just a psycho who needs to draw attention to herself with her nasty comments and clearly does not know a damn thing about movies
I loved Dune Part One, but found Part Two really disappointing. I thought Part One had great pacing and introduced us to the world and conflicts really well. Part Two felt rushed - like they initially made a 4 hour movie that they then had to cut down to 2.75 - with little explanation for what was going on, character arcs that were more like right-angle turns, and jump cuts that were confusing as to what was happening and how much time had elapsed. We see Paul walking off into the desert, with Chani watching him from a great distance. That cuts to Chani with Paul, teaching him to sand-walk. That cuts to Chani showing Paul water harvesting systems. What ever happened to Paul crossing the desert by himself? Story and character development seem to take a backseat to fight scenes and special effects. In-world logic is remem
Great acting all round
